All individuals who hold insurance policy, are covered for Cashless treatment at network hospitals. The individual insured will get an ID card issued by the TPA. This ID Card is required at the time of hospitalization.
Admission are of 2 types – Planned or Emergency.
In case of planned admission the individual consults a doctor and as per advise our billing team/TPA coordinator collects your insurance details and submits an pre-authorization form for approval to your health insurance/ TPA company. Based on approval, admission/treatment is planned after discussion with individual.
In case of emergency admission, the individual is admitted and diagnosis and treatment/ surgery is sent to TPA/Insurance company with card details after admission. In this case we do not wait for approval based on health risk.
Pinnacle Hospitals is empanelled with below listed Insurance/ TPA for the cashless settlement for the patients. At the time of admission the policyholder or relative should provide their INSURANCE/ TPA Photo ID-Card as a part of identification of the policyholder and gain admission in our hospital to achieve excellent services under one roof. Thus, the Individual does not run around for arranging cash for paying for the hospital.
Medical Treatment is given as per the terms & conditions of the policy. At the time of discharge, the insured will have to make payment which exceeds sum insured or the benefits not covered under policy conditions.
